Proposal & RFP coaching

I pioneered the proposal manager role at global environmental firm CH2M HILL, leading hundreds of winning SOQs and proposals. I streamlined processes, trained and mentored proposal teams, and co-developed the company’s first Proposal Manager Training program.

Now I coach small M/W/DBEs in writing their SOQs and proposals. In the past few years, I’ve provided coaching to countless small businesses.
